overview
The metal wear debris detection sensor uses magnetic materials to adsorb worn ferromagnetic metal particles, and through magnetic field analysis, can output the wear concentration of small and large particles respectively. It also integrates a third channel with dielectric constant or temperature to output feedback on the particle and water pollution of the oil, timely feedback on the equipment status information, and play a role in fault warning. Through equipment health management, it reduces the risk of faults and economic losses.
